This, Ladies and Gentlemen is my personal requiem, done in a sort of New Orleans Funeral march type of vibe. A requiem for a holiday that has come to its way too early end! A requiem for a journey that is over for now! Being reminded of the tenth anniversary of Katrina devastating probably the most musical City in the U.S., i kind of set this tune in a New Orleans Type of atmosphere, at least my version of it! You can hear our little cat scream in the background, since the microphone used for the HAPI picked that up. Rest assured, that neither cat nor drum were hurt in the making of this recording.Forgive me for having taken this long for a new piece finally.
